SHIMLASHIMLA – THE QUEEN OF HILLS 

In the lap of nature , surrounded by Pines and deodar forests , admist the snow caped mountains ‘shimla’ the Queen of hills!! 

Holla peeps! Hope you’re doing good and yes this week’s​ post is a travelogue​ 😀 so let’s get going !

 

Our first day we landed in Delhi and took a cab to reach shimla on our way visited the famous Mughal style Gardens  ‘Pinjor gardens’ it was so refreshing​ as it was filled with 

greens​ and then we continued our journey to shimla all those tall trees, curvey roads and  mountains were an amazing treat to eyes. As it turned dark, it was freezing cold and we reached our resort at shimla 

Day 2 was all about exploring shimla , we visited kufri a hill station the only means to reach the view point was by horse, well it was our first time and it was on hell of an expirence ¡ as it had rained 

earlier in the morning it was muddy & marshy , later Visited Hanuman Temple it was so peaceful and clam spending the evening there and then back to our resort.

On the 3rd day we visited​ the centre of the town ‘the ridge’ were many activities took place and then the  church , spent our evening by shopping at the mall road and we 

left shimla as it was time for our next destination ! Well I wish I could stay there all through the year, those small streets , so well planned city it was ! Well this vacation was a memorable one!

  1. The fascination is in the long walks through the forest roads. Spend lot of vacations there your post reminded me of those times
